As a user of the platform that DIVISION Digital Virtual Station controls and manages, your rights and duties are governed
by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service shall apply to all new
platforms that DIVISION Digital Virtual Station introduces
and manages, unless DIVISION Digital Virtual Station provides
otherwise.
By creating an account with DIVISION Digital Virtual Station and using any of the Platform, you agree that your use of
the Platform (or any of them) will be governed by these Terms of Service and
any additional rules, policies, terms, and conditions that may apply
specifically to the products, services, or facilities provided and that DIVISION
Digital Virtual Station may establish at any time or
from time to time in its sole discretion.
DIVISION Digital Virtual Station now provides
you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform and use the
Services on the terms and subject to the restrictions set out herein in
exchange for your agreement to and continued observation and compliance with
these Terms of Service.
You unconditionally and irreversibly declare and warrant each time you
visit the Platform (or any of them) that you are over the age of 13. Your
parents have been informed and have given their permission for you to use the
Platform and use the Services if you are under the age of 13.

Your full name, phone number, correspondence address,
and email address, as well as the other personal information and supporting
documentation you've provided, are true and correct. Any changes to your
personal information must be reported to us promptly in writing;

password. You must take all necessary precautions to avoid the disclosure of

for any commercial purposes unless DIVISION Digital Virtual Station expressly permits it;

fraudulent activity, or any activity that would violate another party's
intellectual property rights, while using the Platform or any of the Services;

Without DIVISION Digital Virtual Station ’s prior written authorization, you may not utilize any
intellectual property belonging to DIVISION Digital Virtual Station or any publishers listed on the Platform, including without
limitation, trademarks or trade names, whether registered or not; and
6.
You must not in any way bother other Platform users or
DIVISION Digital Virtual Station staff in a way that
is disruptive, insulting, or bothersome.

You are not permitted to solicit or poach any clients
gained via the use of the Platform, either directly or indirectly.

To connect to and use the Platform and make use of the
Services that follow, you must purchase the necessary hardware and software at
your own risk and expense. In regard to and in connection with you connecting
your equipment to the Platform, you are responsible for paying any fees and
charges levied by third parties (or any of them)

It is mostly your duty to make sure you are familiar
with the policies and guidelines for using the Services that DIVISION Digital
Virtual Station may occasionally publish. For any
mistakes, misfortunes, or losses brought on by your use of the Services, DIVISION
Digital Virtual Station disclaims all responsibility.

You are in charge of protecting the data associated
with your Account. Regardless of whether it was approved or not, any notice or
confirmation received by DIVISION Digital Virtual Station
from your Account shall be regarded to have been sent by you, and you shall be
obligated in accordance with such notification or confirmation.

Inaction on the message or confirmation delivered

from your Account.

You understand and agree that DIVISION Digital Virtual
Station has the right, in its sole discretion, to
deny or allow your use of the Services without providing you with a reason or
prior notice.

You may not publish, post, email transmit, or
otherwise make public any unlawful or illegal activity on the Platform or directly
to other Platform users unless DIVISION Digital Virtual Station expressly permits you to do so in writing.
8.
Any material containing computer code, files, or
programs intended to disrupt, damage, or restrict the functionality of any
computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, including
without limitation the Platform, is prohibited from being uploaded, posted,
emailed, transmitted, or made available in any other way.
9.
You absolutely and irreversibly agree to enable DIVISION
Digital Virtual Station to send updates about its
services and events to your Account.
1.
You do not truly own any of the Virtual Items that are
represented in the Account.
2.
You just have permission to use any or all of the
virtual items on the platform in line with the conditions that DIVISION Digital
Virtual Station may from time to time apply.
3.
There is no credit value in actual money represented
by the value of the Virtual Items as it is displayed in the Account. There is
no actual money transaction for the virtual items.
4.
You are not allowed to transfer, sell, or otherwise
get rid of the Virtual Items to anyone else, whether inside or outside the
Platform, unless DIVISION Digital Virtual Station
expressly authorizes this in writing (or any of them).

According to the current exchange rate chosen by DIVISION Digital Virtual Station in its sole discretion, you may pay for the Services in any
currency that is supported by the Platform.
2.
Payments and all applicable taxes in relation to and related to the
use of the Services (or any of them) through the Account shall be exclusively
your responsibility.
3.
Any payment request you make may be cancelled at DIVISION Digital Virtual Station 's sole discretion without giving any explanation.
4.
The available payment methods on the Platform (or any of them) may
change, be modified, or removed at any moment by DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL
STATION without previous notification to you.
1.
Each Gift Card must be used to purchase any Service on any Platform
in a single transaction. If the transaction amount exceeds the value of the
gift card, the excess gift card value will be applied as DIVISION DIGITAL
VIRTUAL STATION Credits to the account. You must make up the difference with DIVISION
DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION Credits from your account or other accessible payment options on
the platform if the transaction amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card.

Each Gift Card is unique and cannot be traded for cash or
transferred.
3.
Any Gift Card that is stolen, lost, or used without authorization
is not the responsibility of DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION . For the
avoidance of doubt, DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION is not
obligated to ask or confirm at the time of Gift Card redemption that the Gift
Card was received legally.

However, DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card if it
has any questions about its validity without first consulting you.
5.
Each Gift Card shall be subject to any additional terms and
conditions that DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION may impose at
any time or on occasion.
The relevant owners/publishers/developers are the exclusive
proprietors of all copyrights, trade names, and service marks, and DIVISION
DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION is in no way affiliated or linked to any of the aforementioned
owners/publishers. Instead of the owners/publishers/developers, DIVISION
DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION provides all services on the Platform.

DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION has the right
to discontinue the Services (or any portion thereof) at any time and without
prior notice to you. After termination, the Services (or any portion of them)
may be reinstituted in accordance with and subject to the Terms of Service
determined by DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION in its sole
discretion.

For any reason, for any period of time, and under any circumstances
that DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL STATION may, in its sole discretion, determine, DIVISION DIGITAL VIRTUAL
STATION retains the right to suspend or prohibit access to and use of the
Services (or any portion thereof).
There are no refunds or exchanges for any gift cards and digital
products like PlayStation cards, Xbox, Netflix that you have purchased into
your account.
